Mountain Crest won the last time they faced Deseret Peak and Jordan Belles did her part to make sure it happened again. She has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last six times she's played.
Mountain Crest walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the fourth set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-27, 25-16, 25-9.
Meanwhile, Ridgeline made easy work of Bear River on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 win.

Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Tuesday's matchup: Mountain Crest hasn't let much over the net this season, having averaged 6.5 blocks per game. It's a different story for Ridgeline, though, as they've been averaging only 1 blocks. Given Mountain Crest's sizable advantage in that area, the Riverhawks will need to find a way to close that gap.
Mountain Crest might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Ridgeline when the teams last played back in September. Can the Mustangs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
