Appleton North waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Kimberly Papermakers. That's the fourth time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 3-2 win back in September.

Leading Appleton North to victory were LANDON KUE and SAOLAI THAO. KUE had 11 digs and two aces, while THAO had eight assists and three digs. That's the most aces KUE has posted over his last 15 contests.

Appleton North's win bumped their record up to 30-7. As for Kimberly, with the defeat, they broke their five-match winning streak and moved their record to 23-9.
