Several Warriors players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Sadie Popejoy, who posted 15 points and three steals. Popejoy has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last six times she's played. Winamac's loss dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Rossville, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-4.
Winamac wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 57-51 victory against Delphi Community on the 4th. As for Rossville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 49-47 defeat against Pioneer on the 4th.
