Greenbrier Christian Academy came out on top against Broadwater Academy on Thursday thanks in part to Josh Henkel's efforts. Henkel scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. Those three runs gave him a new career-high.

Coming up, Henkel and Greenbrier Christian Academy will challenge Nansemond-Suffolk Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Greenbrier Christian Academy has been dominating on the road and they will enter the game having won six straight away games dating back to last season.
