Softball Recap: Paraclete Has No Trouble Against Lancaster

Paraclete won against California City two weeks ago with 12 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Monday. The Spirits were the clear victors by a 12-4 margin over the Lancaster Eagles. The Spirits haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Paraclete's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-2-1. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Lancaster, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Paraclete will take on St. Paul at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lancaster, they will face off against Colton at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
