Tyler Ruete gave up the fewest hits he has since back in March on Wednesday. He turned in nothing short of a gem, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out eight over five innings pitched. He has been consistent : he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in six consecutive appearances.
