Soccer Recap: Livermore Finishes Even with Mt. Diablo

For the first time this season, Livermore was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor the Mt. Diablo Red Devils could gain the upper hand on Saturday so the two teams had to settle for a 0-0 draw. The Cowboys had to tread lightly for part of the match as four Livermore players were handed yellow cards, which could explain the final result.

With that draw, Livermore's record moves to 2-4-1. Meanwhile, Mt. Diablo's record is now 3-3-1.

Livermore wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 6-0 victory against Kennedy on the 2nd. Mt. Diablo has also already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Alameda on the 2nd.
