Maureen Tremblay continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Meridian, dropping a triple-double on 16 points, 11 rebounds, and ten assists. The matchup was Tremblay's eighth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Nora Stufft, who scored 14 points along with seven rebounds.
Manassas Park's loss was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-13. As for Meridian, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-3.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Manassas Park will take on Skyline at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Meridian, they will be playing at home against Kettle Run at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Kettle Run focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up eight last Thursday.
