JP Scudder put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in May of 2024 on Wednesday. He struck out 15 batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits. South Decatur is 3-1 when Scudder posts eight or more strikeouts, but 1-5 otherwise.
