Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hilmar). They blew past the Gustine Reds 56-0 on Wednesday. The Yellowjackets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Hilmar pushed their record up to 10-3 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. The home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 5.5 points on average over those games. As for Gustine, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

Hilmar and Gustine will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Yellowjackets will take on rival Hughson at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Gustine is set to square off against their familiar foe Delta Charter at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
