The Auburn Adventist Falcons can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 80-21 win over Evergreen Lutheran at home. The victory was familiar territory for Auburn Adventist who now have four in a row.
Jonathan Russell was his usual excellent self, scoring 23 points along with six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Bobby Osei-Bonsu, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 12 rebounds.
Auburn Adventist's victory was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-3. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 35.9 points. As for Evergreen Lutheran, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-8 record this season.
Auburn Adventist does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Evergreen Lutheran will be playing in front of their home fans against the Warriors at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
