Stuart put their dominant pitchers on display in the team's third consecutive shutout on Tuesday. They never let the Weleetka Outlaws get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Hornets, who have now won nine games by eight runs or more so far this season.

Stuart pushed their record up to 11-3 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Weleetka, their loss dropped their record down to 12-9.

Coming up, Stuart will face off against Crowder at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday. As for Weleetka, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Beggs at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Demons' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Outlaws' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
