On Friday Laconia take on Kearsarge/Mount Royal Academy at 7:00 PM. Both teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
Laconia took a serious blow against Omro last Friday, falling 0-36. The defeat was a vexing one since Laconia was expected to win based on their state ranking.
Meanwhile, Kearsarge/Mount Royal Academy couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 14-41 walloping at Trinity's hands.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the victory. We'll see which team satisfies that hunger and which team leaves with an empty belly.
