Basketball Recap: Trevor Miller and Khori Polarchy Secure Win for Legacy Charter

Legacy Charter entered their tilt with Altamonte Christian on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 69-59 win over the Altamonte Christian Eagles. That's more bragging rights for Legacy Charter, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Leading Legacy Charter to victory were Khori Polarchy and Trevor Miller. Polarchy almost dropped a double-double on 22 points and nine boards, while Miller went 7 of 9 on his way to 19 points and eight rebounds. That's the most points Polarchy has posted since back in December of 2023. Garrison Cooper was another key player, going 6 of 11 on his way to 12 points and five rebounds.

Legacy Charter's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-2. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.7 points per game. As for Altamonte Christian, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Legacy Charter and Orangewood Christian will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played. Orangewood Christian has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games. As for Altamonte Christian, they will host City of Life Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
