While Caroline might've come up empty on Tuesday, Jaidyn Tingen wasn't going down without a fight. Despite the loss, Tingen was still locked in as she struck out 15 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in six consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Tingen and Caroline will face off against King George at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Sadly, Tingen's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Cavaliers' nine-game streak of wins at home. With the streak broken, Tingen and the Cavaliers surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Thursday's match.
