If Pace wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Bayside Academy, they should've done a better job of containing Sophie Hester. The Admirals narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Patriots 2-1 thanks in part to Hester, who had 18 assists and four digs. Hester is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 16 every time she's taken the court this season.

Bayside Academy's win bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Pace, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Bayside Academy has already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Blountstown on the 30th. As for Pace, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Spanish Fort on the 30th.
