It was another big night for Darrius Gaeta, who dropped a triple-double on 25 points, ten rebounds, and ten steals. The game was his eighth in a row with at least ten points. Bobby Perry was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with three steals.
George Washington lost on Thursday despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Anderson Dorvil, who scored ten points along with six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Reinaldo Torrech, who scored four points along with six rebounds.
Northeast's victory bumped their record up to 10-1. As for George Washington, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-2.
The pair will face off at 4:30 p.m. on January 4, 2024 without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
