There's no place like home for the Richland Colts, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Monday. They strolled past Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 63-47. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Richland also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2023.
It was another big night for Casyn Syvertsen, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and 11 rebounds. He is on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted two or more in the last five games he's played. Nick Mjoness was another key contributor, scoring 20 points along with eight rebounds.
Richland's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-12. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.7 points per game. As for Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah], they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.
