After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Gate City, Richlands was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They breezed past the Lee Generals to the tune of 42-7. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Blue Tornado had established a 21-point advantage.
Andrew Boyd had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 104 yards and four scores on only 11 carries, and also threw for 198 yards and one touchdown. 95 of those passing yards were hauled in by Collin Adkins.
