Sullivan had a rough outing against St. James last Friday, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Sullivan put the hurt on Owensville with a sharp 47-13 win. Sullivan were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Next week Sullivan take on St. Francis Borgia at 7:00 PM. Both of those teams have set a high bar for this game after stand-out offensive performances in their previous contests. Owensville will be staying on the road, facing off against St. Clair. Owensville stagger into the matchup hobbled by three consecutive losses while St. Clair skip in buoyed by three consecutive wins.
