Harrisburg and State College are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2017, but not for long. The Harrisburg Cougars will head out on the road to face off against the State College Little Lions at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Harrisburg comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
Harrisburg pushed their score all the way to 56 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell to Chambersburg 60-56.
Meanwhile, State College's 25-3 record from last season is now well into the rear view mirror after another tough outing. They took a 49-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of Central Dauphin. State College has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Harrisburg bumped their record down to 0-3 with that loss, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. As for State College, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Harrisburg skirted past State College 58-55 in their previous matchup back in January. Will Harrisburg repeat their success, or does State College have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
