River Valley is 1-9 against Shelby since February of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. She continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Megan Clausing, who scored 14 points along with three steals.
Shelby suffered their closest defeat yet this season on Tuesday. They fell just short of Mansfield Senior by a score of 46-44.
River Valley pushed their record up to 8-8 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Shelby, their loss ended a eight-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-4.
