Lafayette put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 5-4 W against the Ballard Bruins. This was payback for the Generals, who suffered a 4-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Rylan Music was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching 6.2 innings while giving up four earned runs off eight hits. Music was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with three RBI and one triple.
