Last Thursday, Denmark beat the Spartans 62-53.
Meanwhile, Oconto Falls was the victim of a tough 60-35 loss at the hands of the Comets on Thursday. Oconto Falls has struggled against the Comets recently, as their game on Thursday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
Despite their loss, Oconto Falls saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Jeffrey Pytleski, who scored seven points along with five rebounds, was perhaps the best of all. Another player making a difference was Alex Haines, who scored six points.
Denmark's win bumped their record up to 7-11. As for Oconto Falls, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-14.
