When it comes to explaining why Doane Academy lost, one person who can't be blamed is Nick Fusco. Despite the final result, he scored 22 points. Fusco is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 18 or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Shane Bobroski, who scored four points.
Doane Academy has traveled a rocky road recently having lost 11 of their last 14 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-15 record this season. As for Shawnee, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 15 games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season.
Doane Academy's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Jaguars at 4:00 p.m. on February 6th. One thing working in Medford Tech's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last four matches. As for Shawnee, they will be playing at home against the Quakers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Moorestown will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.
