Brooklyn Kuykendall made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit over four innings pitched. In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Cadence Morales, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. Those three hits gave her a new career-high. The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Willamette has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Grants Pass struggles in that department as they've been averaging 2.8 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
