The biggest upset of the week belonged to Crescenta Valley, who took down 521st ranked Crescenta Valley, 20-14.
Burroughs moved up to 648 from 720 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Pacific. The Indians were able to make the jump by beating the Falcons 20-14.
Arcadia's dynamic duo of Zachary Lee and Joey Willm proved tough for Hoover to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Lee threw for 159 yards and one touchdown and Willm had 102 yards receiving. Mark Pachorek helped Arcadia's passing attack out by catching five balls for 61 yards.
James Williams was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 11 carries, he ran for 144 yards as Burbank beat the Tornadoes. Teammate Teddy Arlington added to the ground attack by rushing for 95 yards.
Arcadia's Lee and Darius Elliot have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Lee has thrown for 891 yards this season, while Elliot, a 6-foot-1 receiver, has 13 catches for 372 yards. The Bulldogs' Williams leads the league in rushing yards with 781.
A big matchup in Pacific this week will be when Crescenta Valley takes on Burbank. Paul Schilling's team is in third place, while Hector Valencia's team is in first place.
Burroughs and the Falcons played the most hotly contested game in the league this week, with Burroughs eventually emerging with a 20-14 victory.
