League recap: Brookfield East tops Bradley Tech to extend winning streak

Brookfield East extended the longest winning streak in Greater Metro this week by beating Bradley Tech, 62-7. The win marks ninth in a row for the the Spartans.

Brookfield East took down the Trojans 62-7 last week, the largest margin of any game.

Marquette University's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Hilltoppers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Charlie Greif has thrown for 1164 yards and 12 touchdowns this season, while Andy Krueger has 21 catches for 355 yards. Jordan McClain leads the league in rushing with 192 yards.

Menomonee Falls and Appleton East played the most hotly contested game in the league this week, with Menomonee Falls eventually emerging with a 20-17 victory.
