San Marcos (Texas).
After taking the lead on a
Tucker Smith touchdown pass to
David Hamilton in the second quarter, the Rattlers led 22-8 at the half.
San Marcos grew its lead to 21 points entering the fourth quarter. SM's lone score in the quarter came on a
Jacob Mendoza touchdown run.
University's lone touchdown came on a 22-yard pass in the second quarter.
The win was a nice bounce back for the Rattlers, who lost to Georgetown last week, 34-19. The loss was the third in a row for the Trojans.
