Joaquin Martinez posted a new career-high in total tackles on Friday. He made 18 total tackles (5.0 for loss) and defended one pass, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long.

Martinez and University will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Rudder at 7:00 p.m. on October 9.
