They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 55-53 victory over 'Aiea. 55 seems to be a good number for Castle as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of points in their previous game.
Among those leading the charge was Aukanai'i Arcala, who scored 18 points along with 9 rebounds and 3 blocks. Keiden Uehara was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with 5 rebounds.
Castle's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for 'Aiea, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Castle will take on Kamehameha Kapalama at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Kamehameha Kapalama has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 204 points over their last three games. As for 'Aiea, they will be playing at home against Seabury Hall at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Seabury Hall is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
