The Tulalip Heritage Hawks will be home for the holidays to greet the Grace Academy Eagles at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
Two weeks ago, Tulalip Heritage was beaten by Concrete 44-10.
Meanwhile, Grace Academy had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They put the hurt on Providence Classical Christian with a sharp 44-20 win.
Grace Academy can attribute much of their success to Candice Mugo-Wainaina, who scored 16 points along with four steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Mugo-Wainaina has scored at least 25% of Grace Academy's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Lorien Ashby, who scored 11 points.
Tulalip Heritage's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Grace Academy, their win bumped their record up to 3-0.
