In what's become a running theme this season, the Kathleen Red Devils gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They really took it to Tenoroc for the full four quarters, racking up a 98-15 win at home. Kathleen's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Amaya Shaw continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 33 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Dariasia Pitts was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 24 points and 15 rebounds.
Kathleen pushed their record up to 16-6 with that victory, which was their tenth straight at home. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 43.2 points. As for Tenoroc, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-11.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kathleen's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Lake Wales at 7:00 p.m. on January 25th. Tenoroc won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Ridgeview Global Studies Academy at 7:00 p.m. on January 24th. Hopefully Ridgeview Global Studies Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 21 last Friday.
