The Epic Charter Comments's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight defeat. They lost to Casady on the road by a decisive 71-52 margin.
Bryson Buckingham was his usual excellent self, scoring 29 points along with six rebounds for Casady. That makes it three consecutive games in which Buckingham has scored at least a third of Casady's points. Ethan Nedio was another key contributor, almost dropping a double-double on nine points and ten rebounds.
Epic Charter dropped their record down to 0-3 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Casady, they now have a winning record of 12-11.
Epic Charter will head out on the road to challenge Crooked Oak at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Crooked Oak has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Casady, they will play host again and welcome Prague, where tip off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
