Milpitas can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They strolled past Terra Nova with points to spare, taking the game 28-9. Milpitas' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.
Los Altos' win bumped their season record to 5-4 while Woodside's loss dropped theirs to 6-3.
