The Crisfield Crabbers managed to keep up with the Decatur Seahawks until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Crisfield was beaten by Decatur 74-40. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Crisfield has scored all season.
It was another big night for Davin Chandler, who scored 18 points along with seven rebounds and six assists for Decatur. Another player making a difference was Brycen Coleman, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds.
Crisfield's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-9. As for Decatur, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-1.
Crisfield will face off against Wicomico at TBD on Tuesday. As for Decatur, they will be playing at home against Snow Hill at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Snow Hill is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
