After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against Pungo Christian Academy, Ahoskie Christian was happy to have turned things around  on Monday. They put the hurt on the Northeast Academy Eagles with a sharp  15-1 win. The  victory continues a trend for Ahoskie Christian in their matchups with Northeast Academy: they've now won four in a row.
 Kinsley Dunlow was a major factor no matter where she played. She  pitched five innings while giving up just one earned run off   four  hits. Dunlow was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 1-for-3. Dunlow is  crushing it when it comes to  stolen bases: she's   snagged at least one every time she's  taken the field this season.

 In other batting news,  Myah Bradley was  incredible,  scoring four  runs and  stealing  Two bases. while  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances. The dominant performance gave  her a new career-high in  runs. The team also got some help courtesy of  Lauren Dickens, who  scored two  runs and  stole  Three bases. while going 2-for-4.
Ahoskie Christian now  has a winning record of 2-1. As for Northeast Academy, they dropped their record down to 0-2 with the  loss, which was their fifth straight  at home dating back to last season.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ahoskie Christian will venture away from home to  challenge Tournament Opponent  at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. We've got a battle between Eagles coming up.
