Scituate had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21.3 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 51-31 margin over Putnam Science Academy. The Spartans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 20 points or more this season.

Scituate's victory bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Putnam Science Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Scituate will challenge Mt. Hope at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Putnam Science Academy, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Mount St. Charles Academy at 4:30 p.m. on February 27th.
