Chatham extended their winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from Jakiyah Giggetts. The Chatham Cavaliers came out on top against the Altavista Colonels by a score of 38-30 on Tuesday thanks in part to Giggetts, who almost dropped a double-double with 21 points and nine boards. She is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down eight or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Chatham pushed their record up to 18-4 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Altavista, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-17.

Chatham does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Altavista, they will take on Buffalo Gap at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Buffalo Gap's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matchups.
