Salmon River added to the longest winning streak in 1A Long Pin (8 Man) this week by beating Colton/Pullman Christian, 54-8. The win marks fourth in a row for the the Savages.
Salmon River led the league in scoring this week by notching 54 points on the Wildcats.
Mick Wilson threw for 140 yards and 3 touchdowns. He was 5-15 with 2 interceptions.
Wilson put up the best numbers in passing as Council beat Horseshoe Bend. Wilson's favorite target this week was Jared Neal, who caught 2 passes for 85 yards.
Wilson was the most successful running back in the league this week. He ran for 165 yards on 10 carries as the Lumberjacks bested Tri-Valley. Neal also contributed to the rushing game with 81 yards on the ground.
Updike was the best receiver in 1A Long Pin (8 Man) this week as the Wolverines bested the Titans. Updike tallied 2 receptions for 100 yards. Mack Fetters helped Garden Valley's passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 33 yards.
