Softball Recap: Autaugaville Extends Winning Streak to Three

Autaugaville entered their tilt with Loachapoka on Thursday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Loachapoka Indians 16-6. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won four matchups by ten runs or more so far this season.

Autaugaville pushed their record up to 6-3 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 19.3 runs over those games. As for Loachapoka, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Autaugaville will venture away from home to take on Central at 4:00 p.m. on March 20th. As for Loachapoka, they will head out on the road to challenge Bullock County at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
