 In other batting news,  Emma Foster was  incredible,  getting on base  in all five of her plate appearances with a  home run, eight  RBI,  and four  runs.  Cali Scolnick was another key contributor,  going 2-for-3 with two  stolen bases, three  runs,  and four  RBI.
 Mercy has  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost four of their last five matchups,  which put a noticeable dent in their 6-6-1 record  this season. As for Castilleja, their victory was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 5-1.
