Na'braijhanae Phillips was named 2024 MaxPreps/NFCA National High School Fall Player of the Week. She is being recognized for her outstanding play for the week of Sept. 2-8.
Phillips powered Preston to six wins last week, extending the Pirates' win streak to eight games. She hit .700 (14-for-20) with three doubles, five home runs, 18 RBI, 11 runs and a 1.600 slugging percentage. In a doubleheader sweep of Pawhuska, Phillips homered three times and drove in 10 runs. She registered a season-best six RBI and her first multi-homer outing in game one. The senior third baseman also left the yard twice and collected five RBI against Perry.
