Sheets Memorial Christian suffered their closest loss yet this season on Tuesday. They fell just short of White Plains Christian by a score of 44-42.
Meanwhile, South Guilford HomeSchool stacked a 14th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They breezed by Greater Cabarrus S on the road to the tune of 57-21. With South Guilford HomeSchool ahead 28-8 at the half, the game was all but over already.
South Guilford HomeSchool's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sadie Harrell, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten steals. Harrell continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Kassidy Bullins, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 18 rebounds.
Sheets Memorial Christian bumped their record down to 0-12 with that loss, which was their fifth straight at home. As for South Guilford HomeSchool, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 20-5 record this season.
