In what's become a running theme this season, the Schley County Wildcats gave their fans yet another huge win on Friday. They blew past Central 63-25 at home. The victory was nothing new for Schley County as they're now sitting on four straight.
Schley County got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Payton Goodin out in front who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 15 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Goodin has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jamesen Hollomon, who scored 15 points along with eight rebounds and two steals.
Schley County is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-10 record this season. As for Central, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-18.
Schley County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 33-28 win vs. Manchester on the 12th. Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
