Arcola strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. Everything went their way against the Argenta-Oreana Bombers as they made off with a 12-2 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Purple Riders also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.
Brevyn Whisman and Tanner Thomas made a big impact no matter where they played. On the mound, Whisman tossed three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits.
