Wilmington extended their home winning streak to seven games  thanks to a huge performance from  Sami Liaromatis. The Wildcats came out on top in a nail-biter against the Evergreen Park Mustangs on Thursday, sneaking past  2-1 for which the team can thank  Liaromatis, who  had 17  digs and three  assists. She is  on a roll when it comes to  digs, as she's  now  had 13 or more in each of the last three games she's  played.
 The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Wilmington who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-22, 19-25,  25-20.
Wilmington's victory bumped their record up to 27-5. As for Evergreen Park, their loss  ended  a  three-match streak of away wins  and  brought them to 22-12.
 Wilmington does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Evergreen Park, they will take on Bremen at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
