Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Colfax). They breezed by the Spring Valley Cardinals to the tune of 76-44 on Tuesday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Colfax now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Spring Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Colfax will venture away from home to face off against Elk Mound at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Elk Mound will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Colfax surely won't give up without a fight. As for Spring Valley, they will head out on the road to square off against Mondovi at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Mondovi knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Spring Valley likes a good challenge.
