The Mulvane Wildcats won the last time they faced the Wellington Crusaders, and things went their way on Friday too. Mulvane strolled past Wellington with points to spare, taking the game 62-44. The win made it back-to-back wins for Mulvane.
Mulvane got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Kaiden Abasolo out in front who scored 25 points along with two blocks. That's the first time this season that Abasolo posted two or more blocks. Another player making a difference was Shannon Fuller, who scored ten points along with six rebounds and five assists.
Mulvane's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Wellington, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-3-1.
