Nate Hill Delivers Best Effort of Season
On Friday, Miller got the W thanks in part to Nate Hill playing the best football he has all season. Hill rushed for 116 yards and three touchdowns on only 13 carries, and also threw for 105 yards on eight of 13 attempts, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
For the year, Hill has averaged 131.3 passing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 0.86 passing yards per game.

Marionville pushed their record up to 7-0 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. Guerin and Marionville will challenge Ash Grove on Friday.

A Season-Best Performance from Caden Calvin Leads Miller over Skyline
On Friday, Miller got the W thanks in part to Caden Calvin playing the best football he has all season. Calvin rushed for 113 yards and a touchdown on only 15 carries. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in October of 2023. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, forcing a fumble and making three total tackles.
This season, Calvin has run in 2 touchdowns while averaging 48.1 rushing yards per game.

Jarod Lung Has Career Rushing Day
Miller was led to victory by Jarod Lung, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Lung rushed for 89 yards and two touchdowns, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
